I put this page together so you know what my AI training actually changes when you sell your home, and just as important, what it does not change. That way you can decide for yourself how much it matters to you.
Why I went back to school on this
Some buyers now start their search by asking an AI tool a question rather than scrolling a listing site. What comes back depends on what that tool can find and understand about the house, and about the agent representing it. I have been licensed since 1993, and I have watched the way buyers find homes change several times. This is the latest change, and I wanted to understand it properly rather than guess at it.
So in 2025 I completed the Certified AI Real Estate Agent program through the Krem Institute of Artificial Intelligence. It is a private training program, not a REALTOR® designation. I mention that because you deserve to know exactly what a credential is before you give it any weight.
What it changes for your listing
- How your home is described and published, so the information about it is clear and consistent wherever a buyer, or a buyer's AI tool, comes across it.
- How quickly I can pull together the research behind your pricing conversation, so we spend our time on decisions rather than on assembling numbers.
- How your listing is followed up on, so interest does not go quiet because nobody answered.
What it does not change
AI does not price your home. Sold comparables, the condition of the house, and my read of current demand in your building or on your street do that. AI does not walk through your home with you before it lists, and it does not negotiate on your behalf. Those stay with me, the same as they always have.
Every piece of AI-assisted writing is reviewed by me before it goes out, any AI-staged photo is labeled as staged, and I never use AI to change the structure or condition a photo shows. My full approach is written down, and I am happy to walk you through it.
